Succulent & Hazy NE Pale Ale

◎ Aussehen

Pale yellow with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and grain adjuncts; the pour yields a dense, foamy head with excellent retention and fine lacing around the glass. Carbonation is brisk and visible, typical of the style. The cloudiness is integral to the beer's visual character rather than a flaw.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with oat and wheat smoothness combining with tropical and citrus hop character. Mid-palate maintains vibrancy through the fruit notes while the 40 IBU bitterness sits in balance—crisp but restrained, never aggressive. The low 4.2% ABV keeps the beer light and refreshing without sacrificing complexity.
