Pale golden to amber hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A dense, creamy head forms on the pour and maintains firm lacing down the glass. Carbonation is brisk and persistent, creating a lively visual presence throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive pine and resinous hop character from a five-variety blend centered on Columbus and Chinook. Citrus notes—particularly grapefruit and lemon zest—emerge beneath, layered over a clean, supporting malt foundation. Subtle herbal and floral undertones complete the profile without softening the bold hop intensity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers a full-bodied, substantial malt presence that provides ballast for the aggressive hop bitterness. Pine and resinous qualities dominate the mid-palate, with bright citric notes cutting through the sweetness. The 70 IBU bitterness is prominent and uncompromising, settling into a dry, herbaceous finish that lingers without apology.

The finish is long and resolute, with lingering bitterness and resinous hop character that doesn't fade quickly. A subtle alcohol warmth (7.7% ABV) becomes apparent only at the very end, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.
