Clean, grain-forward nose dominated by soft Pilsner malt character with a gentle honeyed sweetness. Noble hops contribute a restrained herbal and floral lift without aggression, while the fermentation remains neutral and unobtrusive, allowing the malt and hop interplay to remain the focus.

The palate opens with a pronounced bready, malty sweetness that fills the mouth without cloying. Mid-palate reveals a gentle noble-hop structure balancing the malt, while the 25 IBU sits comfortably in the background—enough to provide definition but never harsh.
