◎ Aussehen

Bright golden-yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings firmly to the glass walls. Carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, leaving a trail of lacing with each sip. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual presence without haze or turbidity.

◌ Aroma

Centennial and Chinook hops deliver an immediate piney-resinous strike, layered with bright citrus notes—grapefruit peel and lemon zest predominate. The hop character dominates the nose; underlying malt provides a light, grainy backbone that does not compete. Clean fermentation allows the botanical character to shine unobstructed.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is hop-forward and assertive, with resinous bitterness and citrus intensity establishing an immediate presence on the palate. Mid-palate develops herbal and floral undertones from the hops, while a lean malt base provides minimal sweetness—the beer refuses indulgence. At 60 IBUs, bitterness is pronounced and persistent, driving toward a thoroughly dry conclusion.

◑ Abgang

Crisp and lingering, with piney-resinous bitterness extending well into the aftertaste. The finish is refreshingly clean and unapologetic, leaving no residual sweetness or softness behind.
