The nose opens with warm pumpkin spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove—layered beneath vanilla and caramel notes from the bourbon barrel aging. Beneath these prominent spice and oak characteristics lies a subtle wheat sweetness and faint herbal undertones from the Saphir and Willamette hops, adding complexity without dominating.

Full-bodied and warming on entry, with spiced pumpkin and brown sugar sweetness balanced by a gentle 35 IBU bitterness. The mid-palate reveals rich bourbon character, caramel maltiness, and a wheat-driven smoothness that carries the spice profile through to the back of the mouth. The alcohol presence (10.5% ABV) is well-integrated, adding warmth rather than sharp heat.
