Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, white head that holds firmly with fine lacing. High carbonation creates a persistent, delicate foam collar that clings to the glass throughout the session. The overall presentation is crisp and inviting, befitting the beer's refreshing character.

◌ Aroma

The nose is driven primarily by saison yeast esters and phenolics rather than hop character. Peppery spice mingles with a clean lemony citrus edge, while a subtle orchard-fruit note—apple and stone fruit—rounds the profile over a pale, grainy malt base. The aromatic intensity is moderate and well-composed, with no sharp or harsh elements.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and crisp with a gentle tartness that develops immediately on the palate. The mid-palate showcases the same spice-and-citrus signature found on the nose, supported by a lean, grainy sweetness from pale Malz. A modest herbal bitterness emerges in the center and carries cleanly to the finish, never harsh or overbearing.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and remarkably clean, with the herbal bitterness receding to a whisper. No lingering sweetness or cloying residue; instead, a sense of refreshing clarity and mineral dryness that invites the next sip.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
