The head is creamy and firm, with a subtle copper tinge that catches the light; retention is strong and leaves a persistent lace of fine bubbles against the glass. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, contributing to the overall refined presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with rounded, biscuity malt character from the Pilsner and Munich malts, underscored by a soft caramel sweetness. Noble hop varieties—Perle, Hersbrucker, and Saphir—contribute a delicate floral and herbal quality that balances the malt without dominating. The overall impression is warm and inviting, with no sharp or aggressive edges.

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the malt foundation asserting itself immediately through toffee and light chocolate notes. The mid-palate sustains this malty backbone while the gentle caramel sweetness develops further, accompanied by restrained floral and herbal hop bitterness that sits at 30 IBU—enough to provide structure without drying the beer. The alcohol warmth at 8.3% ABV integrates seamlessly, enhancing rather than overwhelming the complex malt profile.
