A pale golden hue with natural cloudiness throughout, held together by a fine, glossy head that clings persistently to the glass. The unfiltered character gives the beer a soft, approachable visual presence without harshness. Carbonation is evident in a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with herbal and lightly floral notes from Select and Saphir noble hops, clean and restrained rather than assertive. Beneath this sits a subtle malt backbone from Pilsner and Munich varieties, offering a whisper of grain sweetness. The overall impression is crisp and dry, with no yeast-derived esters or phenols muddying the profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and elegant, with hop bitterness establishing itself cleanly across the palate without aggression. The mid-palate remains slim and dry, allowing the herbal Select and Saphir notes to shine without overwhelming a delicate malt foundation. Despite the hop-forward design, the beer feels soft and approachable on the tongue, balancing bitterness with restraint.

The finish is clean and lingering, with hop bitterness fading to a dry, herbaceous aftertaste that persists gently. No cloying sweetness or harsh tannin intrudes; the beer closes as it began—measured and refined.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
