◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, active carbonation. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with persistent lacing, revealing the beer's assertive character from first sight.

◌ Aroma

Resinous pine dominates the nose, backed by herbal and woody hop notes. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen character to command the bouquet with a sharp, forward-facing bitterness already evident on the attack.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers an immediate, aggressive hop bitterness that persists through the mid-palate with dry, piney resin tones. A light malt sweetness provides minimal cushioning, while crisp carbonation reinforces the assertive finish rather than softening it.

◑ Abgang

Long, lingering bitterness extends well into the aftertaste with sustained piney and herbal notes. The drying effect builds through the finish, leaving the palate clean but distinctly asserted.
