47th Street presents a luminous golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head. The carbonation is lively, creating a continuous stream of small bubbles that maintain good Schaumhaftung along the glass walls.

The nose leads with ripe passion fruit and tropical stone fruit, underpinned by the wine-like spritz character from Nelson Sauvin. Behind this lies a subtle fruity-cereal maltiness and subtle gooseberry notes, creating a layered, fruit-forward aromatic profile that shifts with each breath.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with pronounced tropical fruitiness and juicy, tart citrus notes that coat the mid-palate with pleasant acidity. A balanced but assertive bitterness from the 80 IBU builds gradually, while the hop-derived fruitiness remains central. At 8% ABV, the spirit warmth is restrained and well-integrated into the full-bodied malt structure.
