Hazy pale gold with a cauliflower-green cast, turbid from extended dry-hopping and yeast suspension. A dense, persistent head of fine lupulin-laden foam clings to the glass with strong lacing. Moderate carbonation shows as fine bubbles rising through the opaque body.

◌ Aroma

Assertive hop oil dominates the nose, layering dank, earthy resin over a tropical-citrus base of peach and mandarin. The triple-dry-hop regime builds a grassy, herbal backbone with subtle pine. Beneath the hop intensity sits soft Malz sweetness and a faint creamy note from the yeast.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is creamy and full-bodied with immediate bitter-resinous grip balanced by tropical stone fruit and orange zest. Mid-palate develops an earthy, almost herbal dankness that deepens the complexity without overwhelming the citrus backbone. The 60 IBU lands as assertive but integrated, never sharp, with a drying bitterness that builds toward the finish.

Dry finish with lingering resinous bitterness and a mineral earthiness that extends for several minutes. The tropical notes fade early, leaving a dank, slightly astringent aftertaste characteristic of heavy late-addition hopping.
