The nose leads with bright citrus and stone fruit notes—lime, grapefruit, and peach—backed by subtle herbaceous hop character. Soft oat-derived sweetness and a whisper of grain softness round the profile, while fermentation contributes a clean, neutral yeast signature without esters or phenolics.

The palate opens soft and smooth, driven by the oat adjunct's creamy mouthfeel despite modest gravity. Hop bitterness integrates gently at 60 IBU, favoring flavor over harshness; citrus and light floral notes persist through mid-palate. The finish is crisp and dry, with minimal residual sweetness, allowing all-day drinkability.
