Hazy pale golden body with substantial cloudiness throughout, characteristic of the style's wheat and oat adjuncts. A dense, persistent head builds quickly and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is moderate and evenly dispersed, lending the beer a soft, dreamy visual quality.

◌ Aroma

Candied citrus and fresh strawberry lead the nose, with pronounced tropical and stone-fruit esters from the double dry-hopping. Beneath the fruit sits a dank, earthy herbaceousness from Strata that grounds the sweeter top notes. A subtle creaminess from the oats and milk sugar adds soft, rounded character without obscuring the hop expression.

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with berry and citrus flavors unfolding across the mid-palate. The oat base and lactose provide a velvety mouthfeel that softens the hop bitterness, allowing candy-like fruit sweetness to persist. Bitterness builds gradually in the finish, reaching around 65 IBU but remaining integrated rather than sharp or harsh.
