Clear copper amber with excellent transparency and a pale golden sheen when held to light. The head forms with moderate density and maintains a thin, persistent collar with fine lacing that adheres well to the glass. Carbonation presents as fine and steady, appropriate to the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with toasted bread and light caramel from the Malz base, creating a warm, inviting foundation. Sabro, Saphir and Cascade hops layer in peeled grapefruit skin and zesty citrus notes, with a subtle pine undertone that adds depth without aggression. The overall character is balanced and clean, with no off-notes or solvent character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with subtle sweetness from the Malz, followed by a measured citrus and grapefruit presence from the hop blend. A clean bitter edge develops mid-palate with a firm grip that carries through without harshness, supported by the moderate IBU level. The body remains light to medium, allowing the individual flavor components to remain distinct rather than blended.
