🌍 United States · Alcohol-Free Lager · One of 80 Alcohol-Free Lagers in hopIQ

Non-Alcoholic Brooklyn Original is the alcohol-free counterpart to the brewery's dry-hopped amber and was first sold as Special Effects Hoppy Amber. A special fermentation method builds the flavour of beer without producing alcohol. Toasted bread and light caramel form the malt base, with a gentle sweetness. Sabro, Saphir and Cascade hops add peeled grapefruit, zesty citrus and a faint pine note, and a clean bitter edge carries into a dry finish. The body stays light to medium, and the colour is a clear copper amber.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with subtle sweetness from the Malz, followed by a measured citrus and grapefruit presence from the hop blend. A clean bitter edge develops mid-palate with a firm grip that carries through without harshness, supported by the moderate IBU level.
