◎ Aussehen

Pours a bright golden yellow with distinct reddish undertones, presenting exceptional clarity and luminosity. The head forms dense and persistent, clinging to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation appears lively and even throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive resinous pine and bright citrus peel—both pungent and well-defined. Beneath these primary hop notes sits a layer of tropical fruit character that adds complexity without overshadowing the Edelhopfen expression. Minimal malt presence in the aroma, serving as backdrop to the hop-forward profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate announces itself immediately with hop bitterness and resinous character that persists from entry through mid-palate. Citrus and tropical notes follow through on the flavor, framed by restrained malt sweetness that functions as structure rather than balance. The 70 IBU bitterness sits firmly at the assertive end, culminating in a dry, clean finish with lingering hop resin.

The finish is clean and dry, with resinous hop character persisting into the aftertaste. Lingering bitterness fades gradually, leaving the mouth refreshed rather than fatigued.
