A golden hue with pronounced haze from yeast in suspension, creating an opaque but luminous pour. The head forms densely and clings to the glass with good retention and lacing. Fine carbonation maintains steady streams and contributes to the beer's bright, animated appearance.

◌ Aroma

Tropical fruit character dominates the nose—passion fruit, guava, and stone fruit leap forward from the Galaxy and Azacca hop blend. A subtle herbaceous green note underlies the fruity sweetness, with clean malted grain providing a gentle backdrop. The high dry-hop rate (six grams per litre) ensures the aromatics remain lifted and forward throughout.

The palate follows the aromatic promise with tropical fruit leading the entry, maintained through the mid-palate without cloying sweetness. New Zealand pilsner and wheat malts deliver a light, crisp body that avoids the thick, soft texture common in hazies. Bitterness remains restrained at 21 IBU, allowing hop character to express itself as mineral notes and a faintly dry sensation rather than aggressive iso-alpha bitterness.
