Deep golden hue with excellent clarity and brightness, reflecting the beer's clean fermentation. A fine-pored, persistent head forms and clings to the glass with good adhesion, leaving distinct lacing as you drink. Carbonation appears moderate and even, characteristic of a well-crafted lager.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft, lightly floral notes backed by a grainy malt foundation reminiscent of fresh bread. Noble hop character emerges gently, lending a spicy, herbal dimension without aggression. The overall impression is elegant and restrained, with the house yeast contributing clean fermentation notes and the soft Fichtelgebirge water allowing each element to speak distinctly.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is full and rounded on entry, with a clear malt sweetness supported by the 12.3 °P gravity. Mid-palate reveals a mild, spicy bitterness from the noble hops that balances the malty character without overwhelming it. The finish maintains that spicy-hoppy signature with smooth integration, the soft water allowing the malt and hop elements to meld cohesively.

The finish is clean and moderately long, with the spicy hop character lingering softly on the palate. A gentle sweetness fades into a dry, slightly herbal aftertaste that invites another sip.
