Atlas IPA presents a bright golden-amber body with excellent clarity and vibrant light transmission. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing that speaks to proper carbonation and protein balance. Moderate carbonation produces a steady stream of fine bubbles that sustain throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with welcoming floral and citrus notes that dance over a foundation of caramel and pale malt sweetness. Earthy, herbal undertones emerge as the beer warms, adding subtle complexity without overwhelming the delicate balance. The hop character remains approachable and refined, inviting rather than aggressive.

◐ Geschmack

Entry brings a satisfying malty richness from caramel and pale Malz that establishes immediate body and character. Mid-palate develops bitter and hoppy notes—citrus, floral, and earthy—that weave seamlessly through the malt without displacing it. The 64 IBU provides assertive bite while the 6.8% ABV keeps the beer clean and sessionable, never cloying or thin.

◑ Abgang

The finish transitions smoothly from mid-palate into a crisp, drying aftertaste where earthy and herbal notes linger moderately. Bitterness persists without harshness, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip rather than fatigued.
