◎ Aussehen

Pours straw-coloured and distinctly cloudy, with fine haze throughout the body. The head forms quickly and holds with moderate persistence, leaving delicate lacing on the glass as it recedes. Bright carbonation is evident in the steady stream of small bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruit, particularly peach, followed by citrus rind—predominantly grapefruit with slight grapefruit bitterness. Tropical fruit notes emerge in the mid-range, underpinned by a subtle, dry tea-like note that adds complexity. The overall impression is juicy and fruit-forward, with no harsh phenolics or off-notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and pillowy, with the wheat and oat adjuncts delivering a smooth, juicy mouthfeel that coats the palate gently. Mid-palate shows layered citrus and stone fruit character, sustained by the Nelson Sauvin and Azacca blend, with Idaho 7 contributing a subtle herbal edge. Bitterness arrives rounded and restrained, finishing dry without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately short, with the bitterness fading quickly to leave a dry, slightly fruity aftertaste. A faint tannic note lingers from the tea-like character observed in the aroma.
