Pale golden yellow with a substantial haze throughout, rendered opaque by yeast and hop matter held in suspension. The head is dense and persistent, forming a tight ring of lacing that clings to the glass walls with each sip. Carbonation is visible and lively, evident in a continuous stream of fine bubbles rising through the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—grapefruit and lemon pith—characteristic of Citra, followed by stone fruit and subtle tropical undertones from the Dolcita Prysma blend. A light piney and resinous edge frames the aromatics without dominating. The overall impression is clean and herbaceous, with minimal malt backdrop and no obvious yeast character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and creamy, allowing the citrus and tropical fruit flavors to take immediate precedence on the mid-palate. Bittering builds gradually, presenting as dry resin and herbal spice rather than sharp hop burn, and lingers through the swallow without ever becoming harsh. The malt is restrained, contributing a light sweetness and body that balances the dry-hop intensity without adding breadth or depth.

The finish is medium-length and dry, trailing off into a persistent piney and grapefruit bitterness. A slight herbaceous quality persists in the aftertaste, inviting another sip.
