◎ Aussehen

Pours a cloudy gold, with suspended yeast particles creating a soft, diffuse haze throughout. The head is modest but persistent, with fine carbonation evident as a steady stream of small bubbles rises through the liquid. Lacing clings gently to the glass as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—ripe pineapple and candied lemon dominate, supported by grapefruit peel and a whisper of lemongrass. These hop-derived aromatics sit atop a clean, understated malt base that provides subtle structure without competing for attention. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with no yeasty or solvent notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and direct, with tropical citrus notes (pineapple and candied lemon) establishing themselves immediately on the palate. The mid-palate remains dry and crisp, carrying grapefruit bitterness that, while noticeable for a session beer, never overwhelms the fruit-forward character. A soft malt base provides just enough body and sweetness to balance the hop intensity, preventing the beer from turning thin or astringent.

The finish is short and dry, with lingering citrus notes fading quickly into a clean, refreshing aftertaste. Hop bitterness persists without harshness, leaving the mouth crisp rather than fatigued.
