The foam sits with modest retention, leaving thin trails of lacing as the glass empties. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated, contributing to the beer's visual snap.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with Meyer lemon zest and fresh citrus pith, layered beneath with ripe pineapple and cantaloupe flesh. Noble hop character dominates without harshness, supported by a clean, neutral malt base that allows the fruit esters to breathe. A faint stone-fruit whisper rounds the aromatic profile without overwhelming the citrus core.

The palate opens with bright citric acidity and juicy stone-fruit sweetness, then transitions through a mid-palate of pineapple and subtle cantaloupe notes. Bitterness arrives measured and composed, present enough to frame the fruit without dominating.
