Fatamorgana presents a brilliant pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, turbid appearance characteristic of modern New England-style IPAs. A fluffy white head forms readily and maintains excellent retention, while the soft carbonation creates a pillowy mouthfeel before the first sip.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by juicy tropical fruit notes—mango and stone fruit leap from the glass, complemented by bright citrus zest and subtle floral undertones from the Mosaic and Citra hop blend. A light pine backbone provides earthiness without overwhelming the candy-like sweetness and aromatic complexity.

The palate opens with intense tropical and citrus flavors that coat the mouth with juicy fruit character and grapefruit notes. Mid-palate reveals a well-balanced bitterness (50 IBU) that never becomes harsh, allowing the hoppy character and clean malt base to shine equally. The medium body feels soft and approachable, finishing with minimal astringency.

The finish is clean and crisp, with residual hop flavor fading gracefully into a dry aftertaste. Mild pine and citrus notes linger briefly without any harsh or cloying character.
