◎ Aussehen

Bright pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine, persistent head retention. The carbonation is crisp and visible, with dense Schaumkleiden clinging to the glass as the beer releases. A clean, traditional West Coast presentation with no haze.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus and pine dominate the nose, driven by Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook hops in concert. Resinous undertones and herbal notes emerge beneath, with subtle stone fruit and a light tropical fringe. The malt backbone sits far back, offering just enough grain sweetness to anchor the composition without intrusion.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and hoppy, with immediate citrus and pine character balanced by firm, measured bitterness. The mid-palate remains hop-forward and resinous, with subtle orange notes and dry, grassy undertones that persist through the body. Malt provides a warm backbone without sweetness, allowing the Edelhopfen character to lead throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with resinous hop bitterness fading gradually into a clean, crisp aftertaste. No residual sweetness remains; the beer closes with pine and herbal notes.
