The nose opens with subtle floral hop notes underscored by soft wheat maltiness and a hint of honey sweetness. Light fruity esters emerge from the extended multi-step fermentation, creating a delicate, layered bouquet. The overall impression is refined and restrained, with no harsh or solvent-like qualities.

The palate is light-bodied and crisp, opening with clean wheat and barley malt character balanced by subtle floral bitterness. The mid-palate reveals gentle fruity complexity from the yeast work, with a whisper of honey warmth.
