The nose opens with distinct notes of freshly baked bread and light yeast character. Supporting the grain foundation are subtle stone fruit esters—hints of ripe pear and a whisper of banana—that emerge on closer inspection. The overall impression is clean and cereal-forward, with no aggressive hop presence.

Entry brings a light, soft malt sweetness that sits atop a dry, grainy foundation. The palate remains lean and crisp throughout, with minimal residual sugar and a restrained bitterness (12 IBU) that serves as gentle punctuation rather than emphasis.
