◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is visible and lively, supporting steady foam retention throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by Galaxy hop character: prominent passionfruit and peach notes sit alongside a sharp citrus-peel edge. The malt base remains deliberately understated, allowing the tropical and resinous hop aromatics to command attention without distraction.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and crisp, with citrus bite developing immediately across the palate. Mid-palate brings forward the resinous character and a building bitterness that grows steadily toward the swallow, while the peach and tropical notes provide balance without sweetness. The grain bill's simplicity ensures hop expression remains the focal point.

The finish is dry and lingering, with resinous and bitter notes persisting on the palate. A clean, mineral quality carries through to the aftertaste without harshness.
