Deep ruby red under a lasting white head that clings to the glass with fine retention. The body reads medium, with clean clarity and gentle carbonation suggesting a well-composed pour. The colour sits between amber and mahogany, characteristic of crystal and roasted malts working in concert.

The nose leads with caramel and toffee sweetness, backed by subtle toasted grain notes. Roasted malt character comes through on a second breath, with a fine nuttiness that suggests cara red's contribution. Hop presence remains restrained, allowing the malt profile to dominate without any aggressive or herbal edges.

◐ Geschmack

Entry brings immediate caramel and malt sweetness, with the body building through layered grain character. Mid-palate shows toasted nuttiness and a light roasted edge that prevents cloying; the 22 IBU sits well back, offering structure rather than assertive bitterness. The finish turns notably dry, with sweet notes receding to reveal a clean, grainy base.
