A pale gold body with pronounced cloudiness throughout, characteristic of the style. The haze stems from suspended yeast and grain material rather than chill haze, creating a soft, inviting opacity. A modest white head forms with reasonable retention, settling into a thin collar with light adhesion to the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with juicy tropical fruit character—mandarin and orange dominate the foreground, supported by a subtle herbaceous pine note in the background. Grain adjuncts (oats and wheat) add a gentle, almost sweet cereal undertone that softens the overall impression. The hop profile remains bright and fruity rather than aggressive or resiny.

Entry is clean and smooth, with citrus and stone fruit flavors developing across the mid-palate. The oats and wheat create a velvety, full body without heaviness, allowing tropical notes to shine. Bitterness remains restrained throughout—around 35–40 IBU estimated—resulting in a dry but not astringent finish that lets fruit character lead.

The finish is clean, dry, and refreshingly brief. Lingering fruit and grain sweetness fade quickly into a light, almost delicate aftertaste that invites another sip.
