◎ Aussehen

G.O.A.T. pours opaque and golden, its haze arising from suspended proteins and yeast rather than cloudiness from sediment. The head forms a tight, persistent collar that clings to the glass wall with good retention. Fine carbonation provides a gentle liveliness without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately led by ripe mango and passionfruit, with secondary notes of orange and stone fruit building complexity. Behind these stone fruit and citrus notes sits a light pineapple-like bitterness from the blend of Mosaic, El Dorado, Amarillo, Citra, Ella and Riwaka hops. The oats and wheat in the grist contribute a subtle grain foundation that grounds the fruit expression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and rounded, the oats and wheat creating a creamy mouthfeel with little sharpness. Mid-palate carries tropical fruit notes—peach, orange, and citrus—layered across the smooth body. Bitterness builds gradually toward the close, finishing with moderate hop character that lingers without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and medium in length, with fruit and gentle hop bitterness fading steadily. A pleasant dryness remains without astringency.
