◌ Aroma

The nose opens with toasted coconut in the foreground, complemented by subtle grain sweetness from the base Malz. Light tropical fruit esters emerge beneath, while the Edelhopfen contribute a clean, restrained herbal note that does not dominate. The overall bouquet is approachable and balanced, with no aggressive or sharp edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is creamy and full-bodied for the ABV, with the hand-toasted coconut providing a smooth, slightly sweet mid-palate character. A gentle dryness emerges in the development, balancing the inherent Malz sweetness and preventing cloying flavors. The 20 IBU bitterness is restrained and integrated, allowing the coconut and malt backbone to remain the focal points throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the coconut note lingering softly on the palate without becoming harsh or overly woody. A slight warmth from the 5.1% ABV is perceptible but not intrusive, leaving the drinker with a refreshing sense of completion.
