Pours a deep coffee-brown to nearly black with subtle red glints when held to light. A creamy, beige head forms and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine lacing on the walls. The body is clear and glossy, with moderate carbonation evident in fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose is assertively malty, dominated by caramel sweetness and a malt-drink character reminiscent of grain and toffee. Underneath lies a subtle warmth suggesting mild alcohol, with faint notes of dried stone fruit emerging in the background. The hop presence is restrained, allowing the Malz to occupy the foreground.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens full and spicy, with dried fruit, milk chocolate, and licorice notes weaving through a rich malt backbone. The bitterness is gentle and well-integrated, never harsh, while the sweetness lingers without cloying. Alcohol warmth emerges gradually, warming the finish without dominating the overall balance.

The finish is warming and slightly sweet, with the alcohol gently building in the throat. Dried fruit and subtle coffee notes persist on the palate as the sweetness fades, leaving a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
