Noble hops lead the nose with a fresh, herbaceous character tinged with subtle floral and mineral notes. Beneath sits a clean, restrained malt base—grainy and slightly sweet without overstatement. The overall impression is lean and European, with no yeast-driven esters or off-notes; the aromatics read as purposefully austere rather than complex.

The palate opens with a sharp, bracing bitterness that cuts through immediately—characteristic of the style and the beer's 40 IBU charge. Mid-palate develops a lean, cereal-forward maltiness with a whisper of sweetness, balanced precisely against hop bitterness. The texture is smooth and well-carbonated, with a dry trajectory that never turns harsh or astringent.
