The nose leads with a piquant spice from the rye malt—peppery and sharp—layered immediately beneath by resinous, pungent hop aromatics. Fruity hop notes emerge in the middle distance, with herbal undertones threading through, creating an aromatic profile that is complex and deliberately uncompromising.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a bright, spicy attack where rye character and bitter hop intensity collide head-on. Mid-palate reveals layers of fruity and citrusy hop expression balanced against the grain's peppery backbone, while a firm bitterness (75 IBU) sustains throughout without overwhelming the underlying malt structure. The finish is crisp and dry, with a pleasant bite that lingers.
