Noble hops lead the nose with a fresh, herbaceous character tinged with subtle floral and mineral notes. Beneath sits a clean, restrained malt base—grainy and slightly sweet without overstatement. The overall impression is lean and European, with no yeast-driven esters or off-notes; the aromatics read as purposefully austere rather than complex.

The palate opens with a sharp, bracing bitterness that cuts through immediately—characteristic of the style and the beer's 40 IBU charge.
