Hazy golden-yellow with a soft, persistent white head that clings to the glass. The cloudiness from the unfiltered nature is intentional and characteristic, creating a opaque, inviting appearance. Carbonation is moderate and even throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical stone fruit — mango and passionfruit dominate, layered with gentle citrus notes. Mosaic hops deliver their signature character with a subtle dank undertone that adds complexity without overshadowing the fruit-forward profile. The overall impression is juicy and aromatic rather than assertively herbal.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and juicy with the tropical fruitiness immediately evident on the palate. The mid-palate remains full and rounded, with the dry-hop additions providing flavor rather than harsh bitterness — the 60 IBU sits lightly for an IPA of this character. Finish is clean and refreshing, allowing the fruit notes to linger without astringency.

The finish is crisp and relatively short, with the tropical fruitiness fading gracefully into a subtle herbal memory. A light, refreshing aftertaste leaves no lingering harshness or oxidation.
