Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A fine, persistent white head forms and clings to the glass with good retention. The carbonation is visibly lively, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft cracker-like malt notes grounded in the pale Maine barley, accompanied by a gentle sweetness from the flaked corn adjunct. Above this foundation sit subtle tropical fruit esters and a delicate floral quality, with a faint aniseed spice from the Ella hops lending complexity without assertiveness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is clean and refreshing, with a light body that feels crisp on the tongue. Soft malt sweetness and corn character form the foundation, while subtle tropical fruit notes and restrained floral hop bitterness develop in the mid-palate. The finish arrives quickly and decisively dry.

A short, clean finish with a dry, lingering quality. The aftertaste is subtle and refreshing, fading quickly without any residual sweetness or bitterness.
