Schwarze Rose from Mainz grew out of a group of friends who love discovering and sharing beer. A shared flat they called Schwarze Rose, and the contents of its fridge, sparked their passion for IPAs, stouts and sours. After years of experiments on small-batch systems, they have had their beers brewed in local breweries since the start of 2019. Neustadt Pils is their love letter to the Mainz Neustadt.
