Pivovar Raven
Pivovar Raven began in October 2015 in two rented garages in Pilsen. The logo was still being finished the night before the first delivery, and the first beers sold out almost at once. Brewer and co-owner Filip Miller started homebrewing in Sydney before settling in Pilsen. Raven brews top-fermented beers of every style, from White IPA and Cream Porter to the sour 'Pilsener Weisse', and pours them in its own pubs in Bolevec and in the city centre.
