Tropic Edge

Tap to rate

A hop-forward American Pale Ale with citrus and tropical fruit character from Motueka, Cashmere, Citra and Mosaic hops. Summit joins them in the hop bill, with Pilsner, Carapils and Melanoidin malts underneath. The name comes from Raven's fans: when the brewers ran out of ideas, they asked their drinkers, and Tropic Edge won out over several other candidates. Brewed at 11° Plato.
