Pale gold with excellent clarity and a bright, fine-bubbled head that forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass walls. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating an inviting visual presence that speaks to the beer's freshness and careful conditioning.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus and tropical stone fruit character from Citra and Mosaic hops, backed by subtle herbal and pine notes from Cashmere and Polaris. A soft, grainy Pilsner malt foundation sits beneath, with just a whisper of wheat and caramel complexity from the Melanoidin contribution.

◐ Taste

The palate delivers a clean, juicy entry dominated by tropical stone fruit and citrus, followed by a substantial and pronounced bitterness that builds through the mid-palate without harshness. The wheat and malt backbone provides structure and slight sweetness, though the 70 IBU assertively dries the finish and leaves a peppery, piney grip on the tongue.

A lingering dry finish with persistent herbal and pine bitterness that fades gradually over several minutes. The aftertaste remains clean and hoppy without any cloying residue.
