Founded in 2009 by agronomist and brewer Luigi Recchiuti in a renovated stable surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and orchards between the Adriatic Sea and the Gran Sasso Mountains in Notaresco, Teramo. Named after the Caravaggio painting of Bacchus. One of Italy's most awarded craft breweries — consistently in Italy's top 10 on Untappd — known for the 'Nature' series Italian Grape Ales using Montepulciano and Trebbiano grapes fermented with native yeasts, alongside classic lagers, ales, and seasonal specials.
