The company dates from October 2011; brewing began at a nearby sister pub, ended there in 2014 and moved into the Wool House around 2015. Head brewer Aidan Lavin brews IPAs, lagers, stouts, mixed-fermentation sours and barrel-aged beers, all unfined, with almost all of it sold at the brewery's two venues, the Wool House and Raven & Bine.
