12 Hour Window

Tap to rate

12 Hour Window is a 5.9 % green-hopped IPA built on Krush, a hop variety that took 17 years to develop. The hops were picked in the Yakima Valley in Washington State, frozen rather than processed to keep them fresh, and shipped to Southampton in a cold chain, so a green-hop beer no longer depends on being brewed next to the farm. Barley, wheat and oats make up the grist. The result is hoppy with a citrus character. It was first released in 2026.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a bright, accessible citrus entry that mirrors the aroma, then builds into a measured bitterness that sits comfortably at 60 IBU. The grist of barley, wheat, and oats provides a soft, slightly sweet foundation that balances the hop bite without creating heaviness. The mid-palate remains crisp and clean, allowing the Krush character to persist without becoming harsh or astringent.
