Chroust is the Prague brand of Karolína and Jirka Chroustovští: when a brewer and a beer enthusiast share one household, a brewery is the logical outcome. Since 2016 they have made unfiltered, unpasteurised beer in craft breweries and are now settled at Clock Fenetra, where they invested in their own tanks. The range runs from New England IPA to classic lager, with fruited sours, a dry stout and a Triple NEIPA between. New beers often come with a funny meme; Adéla Bierbaumer designs the labels.
