Dark, dry and full of cocoa tones, this Irish Dry Stout turns out surprisingly complex: bitter just enough, with a gentle apricot line in the finish that comes from Verdant yeast. Its name is an order to switch off the light, and the brewers joke that it may keep you at the table until someone starts switching off the lights around you.
