Wimitz Märzen

Tap to rate

Golden yellow with a fine opal haze: delicately malty on the nose with a slight acidity, spicy on the palate with a fine malt aroma and a very clean, soft bitterness. The Märzen is the traditional Wimitz classic, brewed almost entirely from Carinthian organic barley grown on the brewery's own land (Wimitz has farmed its own barley since 2014), with untreated spring water from the Lemisch spring.
