Hazy Mid presents a pale golden body with a deliberate, fine turbidity from oat adjuncts and yeast in suspension. The head is modest but persistent, leaving delicate trails of lacing down the glass. Carbonation is moderate and even, appropriate to the mid-strength format.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit and tropical notes—mango and passionfruit emerge cleanly from Citra and Simcoe. A subtle resinous undertone from Chinook provides structure, with whispers of pine in the background. The overall impression is fruit-forward without yeast or malt dominance.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and approachable, the oat-lightened malt backbone allowing hop character to take center stage. Mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus build through the mid-palate with gentle resinous edges. Bitterness arrives measured at 25 IBU—enough to balance sweetness and propel the finish, never aggressive or lingering.

The finish is clean and refreshing, with citrus and resin fading into a dry, inviting aftertaste. No residual sweetness or alcohol heat; the low 3.5% ABV allows the hops their final say without fatigue.
