◐ Taste

The palate opens with substantial malty richness and caramel-forward sweetness, anchored by the Bonlander Munich and dark Munich malts. Mid-palate delivers robust chocolate and subtle resinous bitterness from the Simcoe and CTZ hops, which builds gradually without overwhelming. The 50 IBUs provide structure and balance rather than aggression, while the cane sugar adds a light, honeyed complexity beneath the darker notes.
